FAQs
What should my child wear for class?
Your child should wear clothing that is comfortable to move in. We recommend a simple t-shirt, leotard, leggings, tight, ballet skirt, or shorts.
How large are classes?
Individualized attention is key when learning in dance. For this reason, Crafterina® Virtual Lessons are capped at 10-12 students via Zoom per lesson.
What ages are classes for?
At this time, Crafterina® Virtual Ballet Lessons are geared for young dancers ages 3-7.
What will my child learn?
Dancing sparks the imagination and inspires the heart! Each 45 minute lesson includes a basic ballet class with age appropriate ballet vocabulary and movement concepts. Participants will also learn a themed movement activity and get to play a dancing game at the end of the lesson!
How do I set up a Zoom Account?
For help setting up a Zoom account, check out our helpful guide below:
Can I sign up two kids?
The more the merrier! If you have more than one child at home that is interested in participating we ask that you register and pay for each child seperately. Our system does not currently allow us to process more than one client at a time.
I've signed up for Zoom, but where is the link to join class?
Once registration and payment is complete you'll receive a confirmation email with a direct link button and Meeting ID to join class.
Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once classes have been purchased and digital products have been delivered it is considered a final sale.
How do I download my printable crafts?
Once registration and payment are complete you'll receive a confirmation email with information about class as well as a button to click and download your printable crafts. We recommend using regular paper for coloring page printables and cardstock for a more durable feel and longer use for 3D paper crafts.
Who teaches the classes?
Founder and Creator of Crafterina® Vanessa Salgado will teach the lessons via Zoom.
Can I film my child's lesson?
Unfortunately, we do not allow classes to be filmed. In order to respect the privacy of participating families and their children, we kindly ask that you do not film the Zoom screen while your child is participating in the lesson.
What happens if my child is late to class?
Technical glitches are bound to happen when dealing with computers, so no worries! If you're late to class your child is still welcome to participate.
