Supplies:

 

  • Free PDF Flower Template

  • Hoola Hoop

  • Foam Sheet

  • Scissors

  • Glue

Instructions:

 

  1. Click to download the FREE PDF template.

  2. Print the PDF flower template.

  3. Cut out the template & trace them onto foam sheet.

  4. Cut out foam flowers and petals.

  5. Adhere them with glue to the hoop.
